Feature Enhancements

  • In Real ID and ID Recognition, the enhancements in product are as follows:
    • Add anti-counterfeiting detection algorithm for Philippines Professional ID Card (docType=00630000016) to enhance anti-counterfeiting capabilities.
    • Optimize the OCR algorithm for Singapore ID Card (docType=00650000001) to improve ID_NUMBER field recognition accuracy.
    • Optimize the OCR algorithm for Philippines Health Card (docType=00630000024) to improve ID_NUMBER field recognition accuracy.
    • Optimize the OCR algorithm for Philippines Digital ID Card (docType=00630000039) to improve ADDRESS field recognition accuracy.
    • Optimize the OCR algorithm for Bank Card (docType=00000001005) to improve NAME field recognition accuracy.
    • Optimize the classification algorithm for Ukraine Driving License (docType=00380000002) to improve document classification accuracy.
    • Optimize the output logic of the docErrorDetails parameter to properly return NOT_REAL_DOC when an anti-counterfeiting interception occurs.
    • In Portal UI Configuration, for scenarios where Real ID and ID Recognition scanning is downgraded to self-capture, optimize the pop-up text character limit issue to improve user experience.
    • For Real ID, if a hit is found in the blacklist, the result can be returned as Failure. Clients can submit a request to enable this feature.
    • Add support for Luxembourg and Japan national documents, e.g., Luxembourg Driver Card and Japan Health Insurance Card. For details, please refer to the following document: (Expected to be updated by the end of July 2026) Document types supported and OCR results returned | API Reference
  • In Real ID, Face Capture, and Connect, the enhancements in product are as follows:
    • Fix the issue where Real ID and Face Capture products were rejected by the App Store after integrating iOS SDK (2.2.0).
    • Add facial attribute detection capability for Connect and Face Capture products.
  • In Demo App and GeoTrust Locator, the enhancements in product are as follows:
    • Demo App now supports the GeoTrust Locator product. Users can experience it in the Demo.
  • In RealDoc, the enhancement in product is as follows:
    • Add webhook capability for the asynchronous API.
