Feature Enhancements

  • In Real ID and ID Recognition, the enhancements in algorithm capabilities are as follows:
    • Unified output of OCR field key values and output specifications to reduce adaptation costs. For details, please refer to: Notification on the Standardization of OCR Output Field Names | Notices
    • In March, additional document capability support is expected, covering Australian driver's licenses, Israeli driver's licenses, and more. For details, please refer to the following document (expected update in April): Document types supported and OCR results returned | API Reference
    • The OCR algorithm now supports recognizing the new format of Vietnam’s third-generation ID cards, recognition of Hong Kong and Macau entry/exit tickets, and includes the output of the name field for Chinese driver’s licenses, enhancing algorithm capabilities.
    • Optimized the OCR algorithm for address field recognition in certain Philippine documents (UMID and driver’s licenses), improving algorithm performance.
    • The OCR algorithm has been optimized for recognizing general passports (00000001003).
    • Optimized the performance of the anti-counterfeiting algorithm, enhancing its effectiveness.
    • Real ID now supports data capture on PC, increasing product flexibility.
    • Added a deeper version of IDR, which enables AIGC detection when activated.
    • IDN now supports outputting facial comparison scores, enhancing product capabilities.
    • Optimized user experience issues in WebSDK.
  • In Real ID, Face Capture, Face Compare, Connect, and DemoAPP, updated the facial recognition algorithm model to improve stability and anti-counterfeiting capabilities.

Native SDK Version Release

  • Fixed the Google Play issue.
  • Enhanced document security capabilities.
