New Features

Added 3 new types of document support with basic capabilities for Real ID and ID Recognition:

New Zealand driver's license (00640000001)
Uganda ID card (02560000001)
Indonesia tax ID (00620000004)

Feature Enhancements

Improve user experience by adding a link to portal user guide documentation in the ZOLOZ Portal itself, allowing easy access to portal-related documents.
Added context for the ZOLOZ Portal dashboard timezone.
Due to time differences among clients, the current dashboard is only able to display data set to the East Eighth Time Zone (GMT+8).
