Feature Enhancements

• In Real ID and ID Recognition, the enhancements in document capabilities are as follows:

• Enabled image upload and transition capabilities on the PC verification end, allowing for document verification through image uploads on PC.
• Incorporated compatibility for the new format of the Pakistan National Identity Card: Pakistan - ID Card (2002).
• Enhanced the processing of documents containing multiple minor languages to prevent scenarios where no results are returned.

• Improved recognition accuracy for MyKad documents by optimizing similar letter recognition errors.
• ZOLOZ has optimized the OCR recognition accuracy for documents to enhance their recognition capabilities, including:

● Upgraded OCR recognition capabilities for Philippines-tin (00630000002)

● Upgraded OCR recognition capabilities for Philippines-new tin (00630000036)

● Optimized OCR recognition for the back of Thailand-ID Card (00660000001)

● Fixed and optimized the recognition of the country field for Indonesia-e-KTP (00620000001)

● Upgraded OCR recognition capabilities for New Zealand Driver's License (00640000001)

● Upgraded OCR recognition capabilities for Macau ID Card (08530000001)

● Upgraded OCR recognition capabilities for passports from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines.

• Enhanced the recognition capabilities of the third-generation Vietnam ID to improve OCR accuracy.
• Configured color print anti-counterfeiting for Hong Kong ID cards to better resist color print document attacks.
• Optimized the occlusion algorithm to enhance anti-counterfeiting capabilities.
• Optimized the OCR capabilities for the address section on the back of the new Macau ID Card (08530000001).
• Configured a card sleeve algorithm for MyKad documents to enhance anti-counterfeiting capabilities.

New Features

• In Portal, added the new Experience Center module, supporting the upload of images or video files to detect deepfake risks.
• In Portal, added single sign-on (SSO) support, allowing users to access all trusted application systems with a single login.
