Feature Enhancements

  • In Real ID and ID Recognition, the enhancements in product are as follows:
    • Optimize the OCR algorithm for China Exit Entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macau (docType=00860000011) to improve document recognition accuracy.
    • Optimize the OCR algorithm for the ID_NUMBER field on Philippines - Professional Id Card (docType=00630000017) to improve document recognition accuracy.
    • Optimize Real ID error code handling. When the verification process is interrupted due to reasons such as duplicate requests, the checkResult API will return an errorMessage field to indicate the specific failure reason for easier troubleshooting.
    • Add support for United Nations Organization UNHCR Card (docType=10000000000).
  • In Real ID, Face Capture, Connect, the enhancement in product is as follows:
    • Update the facial multi-action detection model to improve facial verification pass rate.
  • In Blacklist Scan, the enhancement in product is as follows:
    • Add Blacklist Scan API integration, allowing Blacklist Scan to be accessed via API.
  • In Portal, the enhancements in product are as follows:
    • Portal Blacklist Scan product now supports Case Search functionality.
    • Optimize the Case Search detail page information display in Portal VideoVerify.
