Feature Enhancements

  • In Real ID and ID Recognition , the enhancements in product are as follows:
    • Optimize the OCR algorithm for the NAME field symbols on Hong Kong Permanent Id Card (docType=08520000002) to improve field recognition accuracy.
    • Optimize the anti-counterfeiting algorithm for Philippines Voter Card (docType=00630000020) to enhance the document anti-counterfeiting capabilities.
    • Optimize the anti-counterfeiting algorithm for Philippines Digital Id Card (docType=00630000039) to reduce the false interception rate and enhance anti-counterfeiting capabilities.
    • Optimize the anti-counterfeiting algorithm for PVC material documents on Philippines Digital Id Card (docType=00630000039) to enhance the document anti-counterfeiting capabilities.
    • Fix the issue where the "docErrorDetails" parameter abnormally returns "BLUR".
    • Optimize background image issues during Web SDK QR code scanning to improve user experience.
    • Optimize the QR code transition experience of the Real ID & ID Recognition Web SDK to fix abnormal states caused by the state parameter.
    • HarmonyOS Real ID products support custom face guidance pages and custom UI, which can be adjusted in the Portal UI Configuration.
    • Add field support for MyKad (docType=00600000001), Malaysia MyArmy (docType=00600000004), Malaysia PR Card (docType=00600000007), Malaysia MyKAS (docType=00600000009), Malaysia MyKid (docType=00600000012), and Malaysia Disabled Id Card (docType=00600000020).   • In VideoVerify, the enhancement in product is as follows:
    • Add H5 integration capability to the VideoVerify product.
  • In Portal, the enhancement in product is as follows:
    • Add the Docs AI document knowledge assistant to the ZOLOZ website and Portal navigation bar.
