Feature Enhancements

  • In Real ID and ID Recognition, the enhancements in product are as follows:
    • Optimize the tampering algorithm to enhance passport anti-counterfeiting capabilities.
    • Optimize the counterfeit detection algorithm to enhance document anti-counterfeiting capabilities.
    • Optimize the quality algorithm to support occlusion blocking for critical document areas, reducing false positive rates.
    • Optimize the corner/crack detection algorithm for MyArm (docType=00600000004) and China Exit-Entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macau (00860000011) to enhance the quality algorithm capabilities.
    • Optimize the OCR algorithm for the SURNAME field of Philippines Health Card (docType=00630000024) to enhance algorithm recognition accuracy.
    • Optimize Thai language OCR recognition for Thailand ID Card (docType=00660000001) to enhance OCR recognition accuracy.
    • Optimize the OCR algorithm for the NAME field of United Arab Emirates ID Card (09710000001) to enhance recognition accuracy.
    • Support uploading local document images from mobile gallery in the document collection phase on H5 end (Real ID).
    • Add a new Default Activated Index configuration item, allowing flexible configuration on the PC-side Tab page to display PC-captured images, QR code scanning transitions, or image uploads on Portal-UI Configuration.
    • Optimize the DATE_OF_EXPIRY field processing logic in the ocrResultFormat for the Chinese ID Card (docType=00860000001): Split the DATE_OF_EXPIRY field into two independent fields, DATE_OF_ISSUE and DATE_OF_EXPIRY, for output.
    • For the QR code-based redirection scenario on the PC end, a authentication completion page has been added to the mobile end, and the PC end supports the completeCallbackUrl parameter.
    • Newly supported documents: Georgian ID Card, Kosovo ID Card, etc. For details, refer to the following document : Document types supported and OCR results returned | API Reference.
  • In Portal, the enhancements in product are as follows:
    • Add account information export capability, auto-disable inactive user accounts, and restrict multiple users/devices from logging in to the same account simultaneously in Portal - Admin - Account.
    • Add the submit metrics in the Portal Dashboard.
  • In IDN, the enhancements in product are as follows:
    • The Independent IDN API supports customer-specified deletion of facial data while retaining image features, allowing IDN risk inquiries even when original images are not stored.
    • Add IDN Demo user guide in official website.
  • In Connect and Face Capture, the enhancements in product are as follows:
    • Add riskMode to API request parameters to disable risk-control cooldown rules.
  • In Deeper, the enhancements in product are as follows:
    • Upgrade the Anti-counterfeiting algorithm model to enhance anti-counterfeiting capabilities.
