This topic describes the maintenance of ZOLOZ eKYC SaaS scheduled for August 13, 2026.

Upgrade Window:

From 21:00 to 01:00 (Beijing Time, UTC+8) on August 13, 2026, the Indonesia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Malaysia sites will be upgraded.

Upgrade Details:

ZOLOZ will upgrade cloud service sites in different regions in phases.
