Upgrade content: ZOLOZ Maintenance Notification (Singapore Instance)

Upgrade impact: In order to further improve network service performance and stability, ZOLOZ will be performing an upgrade. During this upgrade window, please take note that network jitter may occur and some API requests may also timeout.

Once the upgrade has been completed, the backend IP address behind the domain: sg-production-api.zoloz.com (i.e. which is used for server-to-server API calls) will also be changed. The domain name itself will remain unchanged and will not have any impact on your business.

Notes to Client: We apologise for any inconvenience caused, and thank you for your kind understanding. To ensure a smooth experience for your users, please avoid scheduling any business promotion activities during this upgrade period.
