ID Network Upgrade Notice

The ID Network originally supports each customer in conducting risk queries on datasets up to 500,000 records or within a 180-day time window. Starting August 1, 2025, ZOLOZ plans to upgrade capabilities to allow real-time risk queries on up to 5 million records.

Important Changes:

• Each customer's ID Network database will default to supporting up to 500,000 records. If adding new data exceeds this limit, ZOLOZ will periodically clear the excess.
• Support for risk queries on up to 500,000 records per customer, extending the query time window restriction from 180 days to 2 years within the data volume.
• ZOLOZ will introduce a feature retrieval expansion package service. Customers needing larger ID Network database capacities can subscribe monthly to access different levels of ID Network risk retrieval services (up to 5 million records). For details, Please contact ZOLOZ's business support team.
• Effective August 11, 2025, at 0:00 GMT+8, after this upgrade, the ID Network 'add' interface will not incur additional charges if used only for data addition, without risk querying. Risk query calls will be charged according to the original rules.
