Changes Background:

To provide you with the best verification experience, ZOLOZ has specifically designed a responsive layout for the PC. When the screen or browser window width is <1200px or the height is <800px, the interface layout will automatically adjust to a style better suited for small-screen devices, ensuring smooth operation and content readability on smaller screens.

Change Time:

  • Start time: November 10, 2025, 00:00 (Beijing Time, UTC+8)
  • Estimated Completion: December 20, 2025, 23:59 (Beijing Time, UTC+8)

Change Scope:

  • Product: Real ID & IDR
  • Platform: websdk-PC

Change Details:

  • When the screen/browser window width is <1200px or the height is <800px, the interface layout will automatically switch to a design optimized for small-screen devices.
  • ZOLOZ will enhance camera detection:
    • If a camera is detected, ZOLOZ will display the corresponding process page on the screen/browser window, allowing users to continue the workflow in the desktop browser.
    • If no camera is detected, ZOLOZ will display a QR code on the screen/browser window, enabling users to continue the eKYC process on their mobile devices. After completion, the results will return to the desktop browser, where the entire process will be finalized.

Change Impact:

When the screen/browser window width is <1200px or the height is <800px, the interface layout will automatically adjust to a small-screen-optimized style. When the screen/browser window width is >1200px and the height is >800px, the standard desktop layout will remain unchanged and unaffected.
