Security Policies
Overview
The Security Policies page (formerly Account Settings) allows administrators to configure security settings for all team members, including session timeout, device limits, and auto-disable policies.
To access Security Policies:
In the left navigation bar, select Team > Security Policies
Auto-Disable Inactive Accounts
Automatically disable user accounts that remain inactive beyond a specified number of days.
Setting | Description | Default |
Disable if inactive for over | Number of days of inactivity before auto-disable | 90 days |
📘 Note: Disabled users will be unable to log into the system and require manual reactivation by an administrator.
Disable New Users for First-Login Timeout
Automatically disable newly registered users who fail to complete their first login within a specified number of days.

Concurrent Device Limit
Restricts the number of devices that can be logged into the same account simultaneously. It helps prevent malicious account sharing.
Setting | Description | Default |
Max concurrent devices | Maximum number of simultaneous logins allowed | 20 devices |
📘 Note: When the device limit is exceeded, the earliest logged-in device will be forced offline.
Window Session Timeout Limit
📘 Note: The maximum duration that a window session can remain active. Once this limit is reached, the user will need to log in again.
