客户账单及扣款指南
本文详细介绍了ZOLOZ按量付费产品的账单生成机制及扣款流程，并介绍了资源包产品中几种有效的预警机制，帮助您更好地了解相关费用的产生及扣款流程。
说明：本文仅针对通过ZOLOZ官网下单的客户，为其提供账单结算指引。
按量付费产品
对于按量付费产品，每月您会收到一份账单，账单详细列出了您所购买的产品及应付款项。ZOLOZ会在账单发出5天后进行扣款，请确保您的扣款账户余额充足，以便ZOLOZ顺利完成扣款。如果扣款失败，ZOLOZ可能会暂停您的服务。
每月账单结算邮件
收到邮件时间
- 如果当月的账单金额达到5万，您会立即收到账单。
- 如果当月的账单金额小于5万，您将在次月6日收到上一个月的账单。

扣款时间
- 第一次扣款：每月账单邮件通知后的第5天。
- 第二次扣款：扣款失败邮件发出后的第5天。
举例：如果您10月的账单金额小于5万，您会在11月6日收到每月账单结算邮件，ZOLOZ会在11月11日进行第一次扣款。如果第一次扣款失败，您会立即收到扣款失败的邮件通知，ZOLOZ会在11月16日进行第二次扣款。
扣款失败处理
第一次扣款失败后，您会收到一封提示扣款失败的邮件通知，在扣款失败邮件通知后的第5天，ZOLOZ会进行第二次扣款，如果仍扣款失败，我们会停止您的服务。

对于已购买资源包的产品，您不会收到关于使用量和费用的账单邮件，但会收到资源包余量不足预警、按月清零资源包余量提醒预警和资源包到期提醒邮件。

当资源包剩余量为20%、10%、0%时，您会收到资源包余量提醒邮件。

超出资源包抵扣额度或资源包到期后怎么办？
超出资源包抵扣额度或资源包到期后，您仍可以继续使用产品，此时提供以下两种计费方式：
- 超出资源包额度的部分或资源包到期后持续产生的费用，将按照按量付费产品的价格出账，您只需根据实际用量支付费用。
- 重新购买新的资源包，购买方式请联系ZOLOZ团队获取。
