VideoVerify is a video-streaming KYC (Know Your Customer) product that integrates face liveness verification and intent verification capabilities.

It guides users to read a dynamically generated business confirmation statement and respond verbally, simultaneously completing identity verification and intent confirmation in a dual verification process.

This product is particularly suitable for high-risk financial scenarios (such as loan applications, large transfers, insurance underwriting, etc.). It effectively prevents fraud where "the identity is correct but the action is not the user's true intent", providing deeper security for your business.

Face liveness capture and detection

Consistent with Face Capture capabilities, it captures live selfie images through the front camera and performs multi-dimensional liveness detection to defend against various attacks.

Willingness verification

The system uses TTS (Text-to-Speech) to broadcast a customized business confirmation statement, requiring the user to clearly read aloud and verbally respond with specified keywords (e.g., "I agree"). The product uses ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition) technology to compare the user's response in real-time against the expected content, thereby confirming that the operation is based on the user's genuine willingness.

Smart Decision-Making with Device-Cloud Collaboration

Leveraging device-cloud synergy, real-time assessments for face quality, liveness, and voice are conducted to guarantee accurate and secure verification.

Integration modes

Use flow

The use flow of VideoVerify is shown below:

1. Initiate videoverify: The user triggers the verification, and the system initializes the verification session and prepares the capture environment.
2. Synchronized face and willingness verification: The system uses voice prompts to guide the user through intent expression, simultaneously records video, performs real-time face liveness detection, face comparison, and intent recognition, combined with voice and semantic recognition to record intent evidence, achieving a trinity verification of "real person, genuine identity, and true intent".
3. Complete videoverify: Once the verification is complete, the ZOLOZ server returns the captured face image, liveness detection results, face comparison information, and intent verification results.
