Billing and Deduction Guidance for Clients
This article provides a detailed introduction to the billing generation mechanism and deduction process of ZOLOZ's pay-as-you-go products. It also introduces several effective alert mechanisms within the resource package products to help you better understand the related expenses and deduction process.
Note: This document is specifically for customers who place orders through the ZOLOZ official website, providing them with billing settlement guidance.
Pay-as-you-go Product:
For Pay as you go product, you will receive a monthly Billing email that details the products you purchased and the corresponding amounts due for payment. We will process the payment deduction five days after the email is issued. Please ensure that there is a sufficient balance in the bank account you provided. Otherwise, we may have to suspend your service.

- If the billing amount reaches 50,000 during the month, you will immediately receive the bill.
- If the billing amount is less than 50,000 during the month, you will receive the bill for the previous month on the 6th of the following month.

Deduction Time:
- First Deduction: The first deduction will occur on the 5th day after the monthly billing email notification is sent.
- Second Deduction: If the first deduction fails, the second attempt will occur on the 5th day after the Payment Failure Notice email is received.
Example:
If your billing amount for October is less than 50,000, you will receive the monthly billing email on November 6th.
- The first deduction will be attempted on November 11th.
- If the first deduction fails, you will immediately receive a Payment Failure Notice.
- The second deduction attempt will be made on November 16th.
Failed Deductions:

We will execute the first deduction on the 5th day after the bill is generated.
If the deduction fails, you will receive an email notification indicating the failed deduction. - Payment Failure Notice Email Content:

- We will make a second deduction attempt on the 5th day after the Payment Failure Notice email. If the deduction fails again, we might suspend your services.
Package Product:
For resource bundle products, you will not receive billing emails indicating usage and revenue. However, you will receive emails for the Package Insufficiency Reminder, Monthly Reset Package Balance Reminder, and Package Expiration Reminder.

How to handle if the resource package exceeds the deduction limit or expires?
If the resource package exceeds the deduction limit or expires, you can continue to use the product with the following two billing options:
- The portion exceeding the resource package limit or fees incurred after the resource package expires will be billed at the pay-as-you-go product price. You only need to pay for the actual usage.
- Purchase a new resource package. Please contact the ZOLOZ team for purchasing information.
